If you are enrolled with us, you can sign up to Health 365. You can book an appointment, message the doctor or nurse, view your lab results, request repeat prescriptions and more on our free online portal Health 365.


Book an appointment online

You can book a phone or video appointment with any of our doctors or nurses.

For face to face appointment please contact us on 09 277 7830.


Request repeat prescriptions

You can request any of your regular long term medications to be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours after your request for this to be done,


View your lab results

You can view your test results including blood tests, cervical smears, swabs etc.

If you wish to discuss your results please make an appointment with the doctor or nurse.


Message the doctor/nurse

You can securely message the doctor or nurse online. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If your query is urgent ring us on 09 277 7830. Charges apply


View your account

You can view a history of your account including invoices and payments. For all accounts queries please contact us on 09 277 7830

Health 365 is secure and free for you to manage your health. Your information is only accessible to yourself and is protected by the user name and password.

How do I sign up?

If you are an enrolled patient you can sign up to Health 365. Please click the link to complete the online form. Your account will be activated within 48 hours and we will send you an invite by email. On receiving this email, follow the provided link to the Health 365 website. Enter the provided user name (your email) and password.

What does Health 365 cost?

Signing up to Health 365 is free. 

Please note messaging the doctor or nurse for medical advice and queries may incur charges. 

How secure is my information through the portal?

Your information is only accessible to yourself and is protected by the user name and password. You will be asked to change the initial password with your own password. We will enforce a minimum length to ensure strength. We at Health365 consider your security our highest priority. None of your health information is stored by us. We merely provide a channel, guarded by multiple layers of encryption, that connects you with the data stored by your healthcare provider. Your healthcare provider, in consultation with you, has absolute control over who can access your data
